We met double attitude at OSCE PA - Bahar Muradova
The Azerbaijani delegation joined the winter session of the OSCE Parliament Assembly and addressed a question to the secretary general about the Khojaly genocide and French Senate’s current decision.

Head of the Azerbaijani delegation at the OSCE PA, vice speaker Bahar Muradova told the statement to a press conference held at the Azerbaijani Parliament.

"We noted that this step of France cast a shadow on the country’s mediatory mission in the resolution of the Karabakh conflict. Yet 10-15 days before heading to the session, we sent materials about the Khojaly genocide to each delegation represented at the OSCE PA".

According to Muradova, the head of the French delegation was compelled to answer the question directed to this country and said that this decision had not yet been brought to effect.

"The response of the OSCE PA secretary general was common. He challenged us not to look at the past, but to the future. Anyway, a double attitude demonstrated itself there. The attitude to the Karabakh issue and Khojaly genocide was that we should go forward and not look back. We should reach common understanding. But when it comes to the ‘Armenian genocide’, their attitude is different."
