"Armenia is the only party responsible for the failure of the regular negations on the resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict. This shows that Yerevan is not ready for the resolution of the conflict," chief of foreign relations department of Azerbaijan’s Presidential Administration Novruz Mammadov said.
Touching on the meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents on the initiative of Russian President in Sochi on January 23, department chief said:
