Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov has received a
delegation led by Secretary General of the Israeli Foreign Ministry
Rafael Barak.
According to sources in the news service for the Foreign Ministry, the
Israeli official congratulated Elmar Mammadyarov on Azerbaijan's
election as non-permanent member of the UN Security Council.
Barak stressed the dynamic development of bilateral ties for 20 years.
Minister Mammadyarov noted the great potential of the ties between
Azerbaijan and Israel and noted the importance of the continuation of
political dialogue.
The meeting participants exchanged views about the processes ongoing in Near East and South Caucasus.
