The commission for investigation of the causes of the Azerbaijani plane crash is leaving for Afghanistan tonight at 3:30 on the Baku time, a member of the commission, the advisor to head of Silk Way Airlines Adil Gasimov said.
More exact information about the causes of the incident and the fate of the crew will be provided after the committee members arrive in the scene, Gasimov said
