According to the law project about the state budget in 2011 for the next year social expenses will be 33.3 percent of general expenses. As SIA reports in the project it is planned to affirm the incomes of state budget as 12 061 000.0 manats and expenses as 12 748 000.0 (including the centralized incomes 11 613 958.2 manats, local incomes 447 041.8 manats, centralized expenses 11 440 460.0 manats, local expenses 1 307 540.0 manats).
