"A groundbreaking ceremony of the South Gas Corridor Extension will be held in Baku, on September 20" SIA reports that the President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Rovnag Abdullayev said.
According to SOCAR president this step plans transportation of Shahdeniz gas to Turkey through Sangacghal terminal, thereafter to Europe.
Abdullayev also noted that Turkey will host groundbreaking ceremony of the TANAP in early 2015: "Related planning and geological works are already underway. Necessary tenders have been announced. Construction and living camps are ready. Field works will start from April".
