The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic and bp have signed two documents on improvement of the knowledge and skills of local engineering-design personnel and on expansion of cooperation in human resources field.
The signed documents will promote cooperation in creation of training and development opportunities for local professionals specializing in oil-gas industry.
