Cargo transit via Azerbaijan made 16,709,000 in 2012.
According to sources in the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, it is a 5% growth over 2011 (15,900,000 tonnes).
Different transport means transported 56,614,200 tonnes of cargo during export and import operations in 2012. This is a 5.19% drop over 2011 (59,700,000 tonnes).
Export operations made 30,322,600 and import operations amounted to 9,582,500 tonnes.
