Proceeding from the "Joint Declaration on the establishment of strategic partnership between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the People's Republic of China" adopted on July 3, 2024, citizens of the People's Republic of China with a valid citizen's passport can visit Azerbaijan 3 times without a visa and stay in the country for up to 30 days each time during the time frame of a year from July 20, 2024 to July 20, 2025, SİA reports citing State Migration Service of Azerbaijan.
The information states that the said persons should be registered in the place where they are in accordance with the requirements of the Migration Code if they are temporarily staying in the territory of Azerbaijan for more than 15 days.
Chinese citizens who wish to travel to Azerbaijan more than 3 times during the relevant period or stay in the country for more than 30 days can enter the country after obtaining a visa in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
