US military and intelligence officers have detected signs that Iran-backed groups are preparing to attack US bases in Iraq and, possibly, Syria, SİA informs referring to the New York Times (NYT).
According to the newspaper, "so far the groups have held off, and Iraqi officials are working hard to dissuade militia action."
