A landmine incident occurred on June 30, 2025 in the Papravand village of the Aghdam region, SİA reports citing the Press Services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Prosecutor General's Office and the Mine Action Agency (ANAMA).
An employee of the Aghdam Region Police Department, a police officer, was injured as a result of falling on an anti-personnel mine while on duty in the liberated Papravand village of the Aghdam region.
The injured person's right leg was amputated at the ankle.
