President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has approved the "Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the sphere of ICT between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the State of Qatar" signed in Doha on 8 December 2014.
Governed by Paragraph 17 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan I hereby resolve:
1. To approve the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of information and communications technologies (ICT) between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the State of Qatar signed in Doha on 8 December 2014.
2. To task the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan with ensuring the execution of the Memorandum of Understanding specified in Clause 1 of the present Decree.
3. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with informing the Government of the State of Qatar of the execution of necessary state procedures for the enactment of the said Memorandum.
