European Commissioner for Energy Günther Oettinger and Azerbaijan of Minister of Energy and Industry Natig Aliyev signed a protocol of intention. Minister of Energy and Industry Natig Aliyev said, that the first visit of Joze Manuel Barroso is very significant event. He said that during the meeting between Joze Manuel Barroso and President Ilham Aliyev was signed very important joint declaration. "We were requested to implement all planks of the signed of the declaration. Today we signed the protocol of intention and agreed in the field of the joint declaration. We agreed to create joint staff and supplying of participation of experts from the Azerbaijan and EU. Foreign companies also will involve to participation. In every two month we will informed about all President Ilham Aliyev and President of EC Joze Manuel Barosso. We bear responsibility for organization of this event," said Natig Aliyev
