Next summit of head of states of Caspian countries will be held on November 18. As SIA reports deputy minister of foreign affairs Khalaf Khalafov spoke about it in the meeting of deputy ministers of foreign affairs of Caspian countries. He said that head of states have already announced their agreement about this.
