"Diplomacy will be the cure to resolving divisions between Ankara and Moscow," Foreign Minister of Turkey Mevlut Chavusoglu made remarks at the press conference after the meeting with Elmar Mammadyarov.
"We do not favor any tension. We believe we can tackle the issue via diplomatic ways." added Turkish Minister.
