According to Novruz Mammadov, armenian authority tries to implement it's insidious plans with propaganda. They try to persuade international community by their "truth". They use to do this. They behave like they have not occupied Azerbaijani territories. They have lost their mind.
"The Armenian reconnaissance-raiding groups have tried to attack our positions on the frontline. In addition, they don’t confuse to blame Azerbaijan for violating ceasefire. They make groundless statements about it." stressed Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration.
"Armenian side does not notice that in these days neither Azerbaijani Presidenr nor Azerbaijani Defense Minister were in Azerbaijan. That’s why any commander cannot decide or step anything by own." told Novruz Mammadov.
