"Though, Armenia is protracting the solution of this problem with its non-constructive position, the problem is about to be solved," Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee for Work with Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov told journalists.
Touching upon the occupation of Gubadli region, Hasanov said that though, it causes regret to gather on the anniversary of occupation, the victory is not far: "We are fully confident that under the leadership of Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev, we will soon gather to mark the victory. The Head of State will achieve the solution of this problem, just as he made the Azerbaijani state and people known all over the world and turned it into the center of interest of the world. We consider that the country has no other serious problems except for the Nagorno Karabakh conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan and it will be absolutely resolved."
Hasanov noted that Ilham Aliyev has fully improved living conditions of 1,200,000 refuges and IPDs in the country and solved their social problems: "Compared to other conflict zones in the world, the Azerbaijani refugees and IDPs have the best provision. The UN Commissioner for Refugees has repeatedly declared this.
