The Caspian-European Integration Business Club (CEIBC) will begin arranging business-to-government meetings starting from April 1, 2013.
"In order to activate the business-to-government dialogue we applied to President of Azerbaijan and CEIBC Chairman Ilham Aliyev with a request to support the initiative of arranging regular meetings with Ministers, Heads of State Committees and Government Agencies", President and Chief Executive Officer of CEIBC Telman Aliyev said.
"Considering the results of all meetings that we arrange, we will prepare a report on problems, that were discussed, and on proposals that companies think may promote the solution of these problems. In this regard, we applied to the Head of the State with a request to support the initiative of arranging a meeting with him for solution of urgent problems of the business", Telman Aliyev noted.
For having this process accelerated the Caspian Energy International Media Group and CEIBC held a poll among business representatives and determined the list of governmental officials of Azerbaijan with whom it is very necessary to arrange a meeting for the CEIBC member companies:

9. Ali Abbasov, Minister of Communication and Information Technologies
10. Natig Aliyev, Minister of Industry and Energy
11. Rovnag Abdullayev, SOCAR President
12. Salim Muslimov, Chairman of the State Social Protection Fund

"These meetings will be held twice a month. The first meeting took place at the end of February with the Chairman of the State Social Protection Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Salim Muslimov", Telman Aliyev resumed.
It is worth mentioning that CEIBC was established in June 2002 with the active involvement of Caspian Energy International Media Group and with the support of the largest oil and gas companies working in the Caspian and Black Sea region. The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev has been the Chairman of CEIBC since 2002.
Since the very establishing, CEIBC has been promoting attraction of oil revenues to the development of the non-oil sector. CEIBC is working in 50 countries worldwide and actively supports a dialogue between the state structures and the private sector.
