"Since social network TikTok carries a greater risk of disseminating disinformation, a decision was made to block this network in the country," said Tural Mammadov, Chief Information Security Officer at Special Communication and Information Security State Service of Azerbaijan, SİA reports.
According to him, there are certain people who have put TikT-ok into a more suitable format for use: "In other words, TikTok has its own algorithm that when you watch a video, it collects other content that matches it and brings it to you, which can direct you in both the right and wrong directions."
