Azerbaijan's Ministry of Finance appealed to NGOs

The Ministry of Finance of Republic of Azerbaijan appealed to non-governmental organizations.

According to Article 29.4 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Non-Governmental Organizations (Public Unions and Funds)", non-governmental organizations must submit their annual financial reports to the Ministry of Finance no later than April 1, SIA refers to the press service of the Ministry.

"Regulation on the form, content and presentation of the annual financial report of non-governmental organizations" was approved by the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 25, 2009. According to the decision, the financial reports of non-governmental organizations were defined as consisting of the following: Financial status report; Report on the results of financial activity; Significant accounting policies and explanatory notes. At the same time, the "Certificate on lack of financial activity" form was approved by that decision for non-governmental organizations without financial activity.

Taking into account the above, to register in the "Electronic reporting program of non-governmental organizations" through the website www.qht-hesabat.maliyye.gov.az and submit annual financial reports electronically to the Ministry of Finance or "Certificates of lack of financial activity" in accordance with the prescribed forms Republic of Azerbaijan.
