Trump demands that Israel and Iran immediately halt escalation

US President Donald Trump has demanded that Israel and Iran immediately stop exchanging strikes, according to SİA.

"Israel and Iran must immediately stop 'shooting'," Trump said in a post on Truth Social.

On the night of June 8, Iran carried out a missile strike on Israel. Tehran justified the strike by citing the ongoing Israel Defense Forces (IDF) operation against the radical organization Hezbollah in Lebanon. In response, the IDF struck military targets in central and western regions of Iran.
