The Azerbaijan Minifootball Federation (AMF) will be allocated 1 million manat ($588,235), SİA informs.
In this context, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order providing financial support to the AMF. Under the order, the funds will be drawn from the Presidential Reserve Fund in the 2026 state budget, in recognition of the national team's victory at the European Minifootball Championship.
The Ministry of Finance has been instructed to ensure the allocation of the specified amount.
Azerbaijan's national minifootball team won the European championship in Slovakia, defeating Ukraine 2–0 in the final.
