President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today inaugurated the reconstructed Tovuz-Boyuk Gishlag-Garalar motor highway. The construction of the 53 km-long highway started in November 2009. Along the road a number of bridges, stops were constructed, while 9 bridges reconstructed.
The Head of State cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the highway.
