The Washington DC-based Karabakh Foundation has launched an Azerbaijani Radio programme. As SIA report, Azerbaijani Radio will be broadcast every Sunday on America’s New World Radio station 112 AM from Washington DC. The radio program will cover Azerbaijan’s rich traditions and culture, music and poetry, history and literature, and most important, the fate of Nagorno-Karabakh.
The program will be split into two parts: one in English and the other in Azeri. The radio started broadcasting in late November and has already become quite popular, Karabakh Foundation representative said.
Those outside Washington DC can listen to the program at the www.wust1120.com website.
