According to the mandate of special representative of OSCE-chairman-in-office the monitoring is planned to be held in the line of contact in the west direction of Tapgaragoyunlu village of Goranboy region on September 22. As SIA reports according to the information given from press-service of Ministry of Defense in Azerbaijan side the monitoring will be held by office coordinator of personal representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Imre Platinus and field assistant Caslan Nurtazin. At the opposite side that known as Azerbaijan grounds in international context will held by the field assistants of personal representative of OSCE chairman-in-Office Andal Herdich, Christo Christov and William Prayor.
