Till the end of the year unrespectable steps will be made for the development of media. As SIA reports, chairman of Press Council Aflatun Amashov spoke about it to journalist. He said that education of journalist in Azerbaijan hasn’t been formed truly. He is sorry about the not being of ability examination in this area.
A.Amachov said that 2 directions about the solution of this problem are discussed: "First of them is forming ability examination in journalism faculty. Besides it negotiation are carried out about the education of Azerbaijan students of journalism faculty abroad. They will learn foreign languages and their practice in this area".
Chairman of Press Council also spoke about the homes building for journalist. He said that the area for building has already determined and the council works 4 year on this project: "We held monitoring about the homeless journalists. In the day of Press 5 million manats allocated for the flat supply of journalists. After the ending of documenting works the building will start. There are a lot of journalists in Azerbaijan living in hostels, leases"
