Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov has left for New York to participate at the 70th session of the UN General Assembly.
SIA reports that Azerbaijani Foreign Minister will make a speech at the general debates at the 70th session of the UN General Assembly.
As well, Elmar Mammadyarov is expected to participate at the meetings within the session and hold a number of bilateral meetings.
