"All plans to ensure law, stability and development through intervention in different countries had failed, once world became unipolar," Novruz Mammadov, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration and Director of Foreign Relations Department, Administration of the President of Azerbaijan has written in his Twitter page.
"All those plans envisaged for over 50 countries engendered disaster, chaos and radicalism," tweeted Mr Mammadov.
"Huntington’s recommendations apparently continues to be a primary task." he added.
