"Armenia is ruled by military dictatorial regime," spokesman of Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan Hikmat Hajiyev told SIA commenting on mass arrests of members of opposition in Armenia.
According to him, its clear that there are serious economical, political, financial and demographic crises in Armenia. With help of sabotage and conducting diversion on the frontline between Azerbaijan, Armenian government tries to distract attention of Armenian citizens from significant problems.
"A real point of Armenian regime disclosed by the March incidents in 2008. During rally it had fired shot at attendants. As a result, 20 died and more than 150 people wounded. Because of lack of true investigation it has not been found anybody guilty or arrested over this shooting." added Hajiyev.
