Dunja Mijatovic OSCE Representative for Media Freedom and Nils Muižnieks Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights have arrived in Azerbaijan.
Dunja Mijatovic and Nils Muižnieks will attend the forum "Security and online mass media" as a part of the Internet Management Forum, the OSCE office in Baku told SIA.
They plan to meet with state officials of Azerbaijan during the visit.
The visit will end on November 7.
