"The claims of Armenian government that the Ramil Safarov’s extradition to Azerbaijan by our close partner Hungary endangers the peaceful negotiation process between Azerbaijan and Armenia" do not responds the law and legislation standards in Azerbaijan.

The stoppage of diplomatic relation with Hungary endangers the purposes of the Armenian government in approaching the UN".

Philipp Missfelder considers that, in fact, the elections in the so-called Nagorno Karabakh Republic that were held on July 19, 2012 seriously spoiled the efforts made by international communities on the way for creation of normal neighboring relations and establishment of peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia: "One-side result of the so-called elections hampered the possibilities on the way of peaceful solution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict".
