Head of Azerbaijani delegation in PACE Samad Seyidov met Chairman of Bundestag foreign affairs committee Ruprecht Polenz.
Seyidov said Azerbaijan pays special significance to all-round development of the relations with Germany. He stressed the importance of relations between Milli Majlis and Bundestag.
Seyidov underlined reciprocal visits of the MPs will be very useful for both states. Head of the committee hailed activity of the friendship groups.
Polenz said Germany keens on cooperation with Azerbaijan, the leading state in the Southern Caucasus region. He said cooperation of parliamentarians would be fruitful for both countries.
The sides also touched on Nagorno Karabakh conflict and structure of Milli Majlis.
