Armenia uses the occupied Azerbaijani territories for the aim of drug production and distribution", said Chief of the State Border Service (SBS), Lieutenant-General Elchin Guliyev in his speech at the international workshop on subject "Border security and combating the drug distribution" held in Baku.
E.Guliyev noted that Azerbaijan didn’t control the state border’s territory occupied by Armenia, the favorable condition is created for the drug production and distribition in these territories: "Continuation of such situation will cause serious effects".
SBS Chief emphasized that the international organizations have been informed about it.
