The statement came from head of the political analysis and information
department at the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Elnur
Aslanov.
This is a victory of Azerbaijan’s diplomacy, as well as policies
pursued by Azerbaijan on regional and global arena, Aslanov said.
'It should be noted that this victory is a result of policies pursued
by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. Azerbaijan is a leading state in
the region which also enjoys a global influence.
Azerbaijan’s seat in such an influential international organization
like UN Security Council will serve as another platform to bring fair
stance of Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution to
international community. This platform will enable to raise other global
problems as well,' Aslanov added.
