No one has been serious in
speaking about a military solution for the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. This is
because such a solution is impossible, US Ambassador in Azerbaijan Matthew Bryza said.
"The main task is to
finalize the basic principles; this is not impossible. But military solutions
are impossible means to appeasing the conflict," he told journalists on
Wednesday.
He believes that issues
separating both sides can be resolved.
"I think that
statements on the possible use of force to resolve the conflict are not heard
as often as they were previously. This is a positive development," he
said.
