Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited three Armenian soldiers and five civilians -family members, kept in captivity in
ICRC Baku Office spokesman Shahla Gahramanova told that ICRC representatives delivered four ‘Red Cross’ letters. In turn, they sent back five ‘Red Cross’ letters to their families.
