In the state budget for 2016, the amount of costs for the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies (MCHT) in the direction of general public services, including centralized costs set at AZN 2 168 495.
Costs envisaged for State Fund for Development of Information Technologies under the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies, including centralized expenses make up AZN 381 968.
Other areas of expenditure envisaged in the sphere of communications is to increase the authorized capital of the State Fund for Development of Information Technologies and to this end the amount of costs in this direction is AZN 4 000 000.
Also, the costs in the communications sector for the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies, including centralized expenditures were determined in the amount of AZN 3 612 852.
Expenditures envisaged to cover losses related to the provision of universal postal service and other activities will be AZN 3 496 917.
The amount of expenditures budgeted for the keeping the state register of information resources and information systems of personal data is AZN 115 935.
Also, the amount of expenses for reforms in the field of transport, communications, information and communication and other activities, including centralized costs makes up AZN 28 000 000.
It should be noted that the costs in the state budget for 2016 was approved by Presidential Decree dated December 7, 2015 "On the state budget of Azerbaijan Republic for 2016". The decree comes into force from January 1, 2016.
