A situation has emerged where international organizations tasked with ensuring peace and security are instead exacerbating conflicts and heightening tensions, said Alptekin Cihangir Isbilir, the media advisor for the Turkish Embassy in Azerbaijan, SİA informs.
Speaking during the panel meeting titled "A More Just World Is Possible" organized within the framework of Stratcom Public Forum by the Communications Department of the Turkish Presidency, Isbilir emphasized that the current international system is failing to secure peace.
"Reforms are essential to improve and transform this system. There are organizations specifically tasked with fostering global peace and security, whose primary duty is to prevent wars and maintain peace. However, we have reached a stage where these organizations are instead intensifying confrontations and contributing to rising tensions," he said.
