None of the five offices of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), including the office in Khankandi, has stopped operating, Ilaha Huseynova, head of the public relations department of the ICRC's Azerbaijan Office, told a briefing held by the organization for media representatives, SİA informs.
She said that the office in Khankandi has never been subordinated to Armenia and will never be: "Karabakh has always been mentioned as the territory of Azerbaijan in the annual reports of the organization."
