A baby was born on board a Ural Airlines airplane during a flight from Zhukovsky airport near Moscow to Dushanbe on Wednesday, SIA reports with reference to the press service of the airline.
The report stated that a passenger suddenly began to scream, and it was later discovered that the woman was pregnant, experiencing her water breaking and contractions. Both flight attendants and another passenger rushed to her aid.
Fortunately, the labor was a success and did not require an emergency landing, allowing the plane to safely land at Dushanbe airport.
Additionally, the passengers collected a "dowry" of 55 thousand rubles for the newborn.
