A state of emergency has been declared in Novorossiysk due to the discovery of a World War II naval mine in the Black Sea's Semes Bay, SİA informs, referring to the Russian press.
According to the information, it was decided to destroy the 8.8 kg mine found at the bottom of Semes Bay, as it was not advisable to transport it on the high seas. Ships are not allowed to enter the state of emergency zone. Residents of Novorossiysk have been informed about the ban on the use of beaches.
