The Armenian authorities have asked European Commissioner for Human Rights Thomas Hammarberg for a little time to solve some issues, has touched in the last report on Armenia. Report of the Commissioner must be published on May 2. So the office of Thomas Hummarberg has agreed to delay publication of the report for the week.
