The citizens of Sabai disrictl Almas Khalilov and Arif Shamilov appealed to "hot line" of the prosecutor to complain that despite the court’s decision about their land, the head of the Sabail municipality Mubariz Ibrahimov, a lawyer of this Community Arif Alizadeh and deputy head of the commission on land and construction Javid Hasanov demanded 10 000 AZN (AZN 5 thousand each) to allocate 0.06 hectares of land to build private house, the press service of the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan told SIA.
