Kiro Manoyan: “For the restoration of relations with Armenia Turkey mustn’t put forward any stipulation”
"For the restoration of relations between Turkey and Armenia Turkey mustn’t put forward any stipulation". As SIA reports head office of Dashnaksyutun party on political issues and "Ay-Dat" (Armenian issue) centre Kiro Manoyan spoke about it to Azerbaijani journalists. He said that the dialogue between countries for the solution of relations is positive case, but without stipulations: "We think if Turkey really wants to restore the relations then this country mustn’t put forward stipulations. Otherwise the relations will not be solved".
