"Russia does not acknowledge even independent states as sovereign states," political analyst Vafa Quluzade told SIA commenting on the news about Russian Army's military parade to be held in Yerevan and Gyumri without getting a permission from the Armenian government.
According to Quluzade, Russia has not recognize Armenia as souverign state: "Official Moscow approaches Armenia as its property. So Russia does not find important to get permission from the Armenian government." added Mr Quluzade.
"Russian Duma approved a law that, unconditionally Russia can interfere in those countries which Russians live. Its entirely contrary to the international law norms. Russia decides everything itself, as you can see, Russia can do whatever it wants in Ukraine. According to these, Russia is a very dangerous state." stressed political analyst.
