Given San Antonio’s role as a rapidly growing city with an unlimited export potential, there is vast opportunity to strengthen South Texas’s relationship with Azerbaijan.

Elin Suleymanov, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to the United States, has attended the discussion with government students at University of the Incarnate Word. Congressman Cuellar and Ambassador Suleymanov have discussed global political, economic, and security issues, the relationship between the United States and Azerbaijan, and energy cooperation between the two countries.
