Novruz Mammadov: There are places without any opposition party or NGO where even mentioning democracy and human right is forbidden
Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, Director of Foreign Relations Department, Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Novruz Mammadov commented on the US President Barack Obama’s comment about situation of NGO s in Azerbaijan.
"Using President Obama’s words there are places without any opposition party or NGO where even mentioning democracy and human right is forbidden" Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration wrote on his Twitter page.
