President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has decreed on measures related to the South Caucasus Pipeline Enlargement project.
The Decree aims at organizing the implementation process of obtaining the property, use and leasing rights on appropriate land sites and other immovable property objects during realization of the South Caucasus Pipeline Enlargement project on the base of principles of efficiency, transparency and comfortableness of a number of services related to the transportation of Azerbaijan’s natural gas to the world market.
State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, other relevant ministries, state committees, departments, the National Archives are tasked to provide with necessary technical and information resources during realization of the Project.
