Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has congratulated President of the Vietnam Socialist Republic on the occasion of Independence Day.

Dear Mr. President,
On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you and the people of your country on the occasion of the public holiday of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam – Independence Day.
I am confident that we will continue our joint efforts towards strengthening traditional friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Vietnam and expanding our cooperation in line with our interests.
On this momentous day I wish you good health, success in your work and the friendly people of Vietnam peace and prosperity.
