President Ilham Aliyev and members of the Azerbaijani government visited the monument of Khojaly genocide and laid flowers to it.
On 26 February, Azerbaijan marks the 21st anniversary of the genocide against civilians of the Azerbaijani city of Khojaly.
613 Khojaly civilians were killed and 487 were wounded (76 children), and 1275 were captured during the genocide committed by Armenians.
